I am not registered to collect VAT/customs, you will be required to pay at your post office to receive your package if necessary.

For all Germany customers!

Due to recent addition of the LUCID Packaging Register, shipping to Germany has been suspended currently until further notice. Any orders placed will be cancelled and refunded!

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items are final sale, I don't accept returns or exchanges.

Please double, triple check your shipping address before you check out.

Orders are typically mailed out once a week, usually on a Thursday or Friday. If your order is placed mid week it may be dropped off to the post office the following week.

Once the package has been passed to the courier I am no longer responsible and can't make any changes to the package or reroute the item.
